Mental, physical, and emotional wellness is at the top of mind at Cardinal Stritch. In order for students to thrive, either in the classroom or on the field, they must have the needed resources.

Cardinal Stritch Catholic High School & Academy has a counseling department that includes counselors and advisors for all grades. All students are welcome to meet with counselors as needed.

In 2026, the support of Unison Health counseling was introduced and is eligible to all students.
